If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.*1. Passport
-A clear, full-color scan of your passport information page, showing your name, passport number, expiration date, and photo.
-Some universities may also require blank visa pages, so you are advised to upload a few blank pages as well.
*2. Photo
-A recent passport-sized ID photo (2 x 2 inches) with a plain white background.
-Full face visible, no headwear (except for religious reasons).
-Taken within the last 6 months.
*3. Highest Degree Graduation Certificate
-A formal graduation certificate of your highest completed education level (e.g., Senior High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree).
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by an authorized translation agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
-Both original copy and translation copy are required.*4. Highest Degree Academic Transcripts
-Formal academic transcripts of your highest completed education level (e.g., Senior High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree), covering ALL academic years, NOT just the final year.
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by an authorized translation agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.
--Both original copy and translation copy are required.*5. English Language Proficiency Certificate
-IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, or EF SET.
-IELTS (6.0 or above) or TOEFL iBT (90 or above) is generally preferred.
-If you are unable to provide these test results, you may submit alternative proof, such as a Duolingo English Test score or an official English proficiency certificate issued by your previous school/university, stating that the medium of instruction was English.
-Higher scores are preferred.*6. Non-criminal Record Certificate
-Please note that this document is generally valid for only 6 months. For instance, if you submit your application in March, your non-criminal record must have been issued no earlier than September of the previous year.
-Obtain this certificate from the local police station of your current residence, confirming that you have had no criminal record during the 6 months prior to the date of issuance.
-If you are currently in China, the certificate must be issued by the local Chinese police.
-If the document is not in Chinese or English, it must be translated and notarized by an authorized agency or relevant authority. Self-translations are not accepted.*7. Physical Examination Form
-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.

-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.*8. TWO Recommendation Letters
-Must be written in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors (for master’s and Ph.D. applicants).
-Letters must include the recommender’s name, contact information (email and phone), and handwritten signature (no typed signatures).
-Please make the letters as official as possible.
-If you plan to apply to multiple universities, do not mention the name of a specific Chinese university in the letter, to avoid rewriting for each application.*9. Research/Study Plan
-Postgraduate applicants: Focus on your academic background (including published papers, if any), research interests, reasons for choosing this program/supervisor, study plan in China, future career plans, and conclusion. Emphasize your professional background, research abilities, clear academic and career goals, and alignment with target mentors or labs.
-Must be written in Chinese or English.
-Minimum length: 1,000 words.
-Include your name and handwritten or electronic signature (no typed signatures), and submit a scanned copy of the signed document.
-Ensure the university and program names are correct and specific to the application; do not use the same study plan for multiple universities.*10. Bank Statement
Financial support statement issued by the local bank from the applicants’ host country.

For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit.
